For the first time in South Africa you can now own a savings account in grams of Gold, Platinum and Silver. As such, you will own a portion of the Amathuba Gold, Platinum or Silver investment Savings Plan (ISP). Every investment you make will entitle you to a portion of Gold, Platinum and Silver in grams held by the Amathuba Gold Platinum Silver depository. On each purchase occasion you as the purchaser will receive an Investment Savings Plan Certificate confirming your weight in Gold, Platinum and Silver. The weight that will be allocated and accordingly due to you will be calculated and ascertained by the average gram price of the precious metals during the month that your purchase was made. As a purchaser of this precious metal Investment Savings Plan (ISP) you will be entitled to redeem in cash your grams at any stage in accordance with our internal procedures. Your Investment Savings Plan will be redeemed at the spot traded price of the precious metal at the date you request your redemption. At the redemption date you may also choose to take delivery of the exact weight of the precious metal, Gold Platinum and Silver that you have accumulated in grams in accordance to the legal provisions that we are bound by.
